Leadership Structure

This structure comprises of fulltime paid staff either on a salary based, allowance or a wage and they are charged with the day to day operations of the church. The payment is intended to facilitate their service however it does not replace their calling to ministry or service to God.
The reporting lines are clear and each staff is given job descriptions and terms of reference to guide them as well to act as a performance measurement tool.
The clergy team is posted by the Bishop of Kampala Diocese subject to transfers to any other church with in the Diocese or the province of Church of Uganda. The other posts within the structure are established and recreated by the individual church peculiar to its needs and as guided by the church Human Resource Manual. Benefits, rewards, performance appraisals and motivational drives are made in accordance with the church staff manual and policy guidelines.
