Fathers’ Union

We are blessed to have the Fathers Union as one of the ministries in the parish of St. Andrew’s Church Bukoto. The Fathers Union was introduced to the parish by Rev. Canon Kasio Grace in 1977.

Membership.

There is only one class of membership in the Fathers Union, Couples and widowers married in the church of Uganda

Our objectives are;

1. To uphold Christian marriage according to Jesus Christ’s teaching.
2. To bring up children in the Christian faith.
3. To share the worldwide Christian Fellowship in prayer, worship and service.
4. To encourage conditions in Society conducive to stable family life and the protection of children.
5. To help those whose Family – life has met with adversity.
