EBENEZER: THUS FAR

Youth Ministry Thanksgiving Day

On 13th September 2026, the Youth Ministry of St. Andrew's Church Bukoto held a joyful and spirit-filled Thanksgiving Day, marking fifty years of God's faithfulness. The theme, "Ebenezer: Thus Far" (1 Samuel 7:1-12), set the tone for a day of remembering how far the Lord has brought His people through five decades of ministry. The celebration brought together youth, leaders, church members, families, and friends in a day filled with worship, singing, dance, and laughter. Testimonies of God's faithfulness echoed throughout, reminding all present that every milestone and every soul reached was a stone raised in remembrance of His help, just as Samuel raised the Ebenezer stone at Mizpah. The event was a joyful reminder of the vital role the Youth Ministry continues to play in raising up young people grounded in faith and purpose. We extend heartfelt appreciation to all who took part in making this milestone celebration memorable. As the Youth Ministry looks ahead, may the spirit of gratitude and faithfulness that has marked these fifty years continue to guide the work  for truly,"Thus far the Lord has helped us."
